What is that, actually?

The solution is always facing the coach.

When it comes to advice, there are solutions available for various topics that can be adopted. In coaching, coaches encourage their clients to find solutions by asking specific questions.

And that's how it works:

01 First meeting

Coaching is only possible if the coach and the client are "green", i.e. can build trust. The goals for coaching are discussed in a preliminary talk and the framework is agreed.

02 The first session

In an absolutely trusting environment, the coach and client sit across from each other, the coach asks specific questions and thus activates the client's solution-oriented thinking. Everything the coach learns stays with the coach.

03 Test new ways

New self-learned ways of thinking are applied by the client in daily life and the results are discussed in follow-up sessions. This often results in completely new, exciting coaching topics.

With coaching you advise yourself.

Nobody knows better than you what is right for yourself. It is the targeted questions that lead to the answers and solutions sought. You are already there. Everything you need is already within you.
