About our team

For many years I have been working with a large branch company with great interests in the management of people. To be economically successful while keeping people in focus is the way of leading that I consider to be contemporary and that is made possible for me here. One at eye level.

At the same time, outside of my job, I'm interested in the depths of human thinking. The brain and that we as a species could develop into the individuals we are today fascinate me. Knowing about it helps me to live self-directed. From these experiences the desire arose to let others find this fascination with them.

Both my job as a manager and my interest in people motivate me, as an NLP Master Coach, to help people to find their strengths and to remain capable of acting in any situation. I do that as a private coach and as a consultant for executives.

It is my vision that everyone becomes aware that they are allowed to lead their life in all areas as they see fit. With your own values, goals and ideas and the right thought sets - the better ones. With those who fit where the own Should lead away.

I was born in 1973, live in Berlin in a steady partnership and have a wonderful stepson.
