We do a lot for our beautiful life.


And if something is wrong, we react as we have learned. We go to the dentist when we have a toothache, and an orthopedic surgeon helps out with back pain. If we are not feeling well, the friendly pharmacy will give us what will help against the symptoms. We take iron and vitamins when we lack them.


And think better?

And where do we go with dark thoughts? Our grandparents always have good advice, our friends or partners help us over some hurdles. Much seems to be very clear, we just think like our parents, who always know what is right. But often it seems that we are simply at the mercy of our thoughts. IT thinks in us. Interpret, conclude, decide. Just because.

Is it really like that? Or is there a place we can go there too?


"IT" thinks what it wants? Not at all!



We can improve our thoughts as a central element of our nervous system. After all, it is OUR thoughts. And we know the place to which we can go well. It is open in us and 24 hours.



We have it to ourselves target made to help people learn to think better. One and the same situation can be experienced differently from so many different perspectives, all it takes is curiosity and the courage to see "behind it".But sometimes just advice.
